FROM LEESBURG, LADY LAKE, or THE VILLAGES: Take U.S. Highway 441 south past Lake Square Mall and proceed over bridge which crosses the Dead River. Highway 441 will follow the west bank of Lake Eustis. There will be a fork in the road at the Welcome To Tavares sign. The current Highway 441 will fork to the left. Old 441 will fork to the right. Take the right hand (Old 441) at the fork. Old 441 is formally called Alfred Street; our offices are at 205 West Alfred Street in a small building called "Fashion Plaza". The first stop light you reach will be State Road 19. After you cross State Road 19, the current Lake County Courthouse will be on your right. Just after you pass the Courthouse, you will come to the second stop light. This is SINCLAIR. You are now two (2) blocks from our Tavares Office. The next street you reach will be Texas. Please slow down, you have only one, very short, block to go! As you cross Texas, you will observe Lake Radio (located in a converted gas station) on your right. The next building on the right is "Fashion Plaza". The next street after Texas is JOANNA. Turn RIGHT on JOANNA and drive approximately 30 feet. Then, take an immediate RIGHT turn into Fashion Plaza. The Church of Christ is directly across the street. Our office is in between "Seymour's Coins" and "All Med". We recently leased this office for our exclusive use and, therefore, we have not posted any signs identifying this as a lawyer's office. It is readily identifiable, however, because there are only four offices facing Alfred Street and ours is the only one that does not have large white letters painted on the front windows. FROM EUSTIS & MOUNT DORA (441 North Bound) Take U.S. Highway 441 North until you reach SINCLAIR AVENUE. "Dip-A-Dee Donuts" is at the intersection of U.S. Highway 441 and SINCLAIR. The defunct "Golden Lamb" was just south of this intersection. From U.S. Highway 441 North, turn LEFT onto SINCLAIR. You are now heading EAST towards downtown Tavares and the courthouses. After you drive approximately six or seven blocks on SINCLAIR, you will arrive at the first stop light. This is ALFRED STREET or "Old 441". You are now two (2) blocks from our Tavares office at 205 West Alfred Street. The next street you reach will be Texas. Please slow down, you have only one, very short, block to go! FROM HOWEY IN THE HILLS, OKEEHUMPKEE, or ASTATULA, (State Road 19 Northbound): Take State Road 19 North across Little Lake Harris. As you approach Tavares, you will cross a canal. You are going to turn right at the second stop light you reach after you cross this canal. The first stoplight is Main Street. Main Street will enter State Road 19 from the right and dead end into State Road 19. Continue on State Road 19. The second light your come to will be Alfred Street. Alfred Street is also known as "Old 441". Turn RIGHT on Alfred Street. (Our offices are at 205 West Alfred Street in a small building called "Fashion Plaza".)
