FROM WEST ORLANDO ON STATE ROAD 50 (a/k/a "COLONIAL DRIVE") Take Colonial Drive underneath the I-4 overpass. Cross the railroad tracks. The next stop light is Orange Avenue. This is the last stop light before you reach Magnolia Avenue. The next light is Magnolia Avenue, a one-way street that heads north towards Lake Ivanhoe and Interstate Highway 4. TURN RIGHT ON MAGNOLIA AVENUE and GET IN THE RIGHT HAND LANE. You are now two blocks from our office. The first street on your right is Zelma. You are now one block south of our office. The first through street (or second right hand turn) is PARK LAKE STREET. TURN RIGHT on PARK LAKE STREET. Our office (a gray, four story office building) is now on your left. TURN LEFT behind our office into our parking lot. We are on the second floor (Suite 221). FROM EAST ORLANDO ON STATE ROAD 50 (a/k/a "COLONIAL DRIVE") Take Colonial Drive (also known as State Road 50) past Fashion Square, through Bumby Avenue, and continue onto the Viet Nam district. The main intersection in the Viet Namese district is Mills Avenue (also known as U.S. Highway 17 - 92). Continue on Colonial through the stop light at Summerlin Avenue (an IHOP) will be on your right. In a couple of blocks, Park Lake will appear on your right. The first stop light after Park Lake is Lake Highland. Lake Highland is the last stop light before you get to Magnolia Avenue. The next light is Magnolia Avenue, a one-way street that heads north towards Lake Ivanhoe. TURN RIGHT ON MAGNOLIA AVENUE and GET IN THE RIGHT HAND LANE. You are now two blocks from our office. The first street on your right is Zelma. You are now one block south of our office. The first through street (or second right hand turn) is PARK LAKE STREET. TURN RIGHT on PARK LAKE STREET. Our office (a gray, four story office building) is now on your left. TURN LEFT behind our office into our parking lot. We are on the second floor (Suite 221). FROM NORTH ORLANDO INTERSTATE 4 Take I-4 "West" past Lee Road, Fairbanks Avenue, and Princeton. After the overpass across Princeton Avenue, make sure you are in the RIGHT HAND LANE. I-4 crosses Lake Ivanhoe on a huge landfill. Exit at Ivanhoe Boulevard. As you approach the end of the exit ramp, bear right. You will almost immediately go underneath I-4. Get in the LEFT HAND LANE. Ivanhoe Boulevard will go between the Traveler's Building and the Radisson Inn. IVANHOE BOULEVARD will insect with Orange Avenue and merge into it at the stop light. You are now going SOUTH on ORANGE AVENUE. Almost immediately ORANGE AVENUE will cross the railroad tracks. The stop light is MARKS STREET. Count the left hand turns and take the SECOND LEFT AFTER MARKS STREET. This is PARK LAKE STREET. The first stop sign on Park Lake is MAGNOLIA AVENUE. (Our office is the four story gray building across the street and to your left when you reach Magnolia Avenue. STAY ON PARK LAKE as you cross Magnolia carefully. Take the first or second left hand turns behind our building into the parking lot. Our office is on the SECOND FLOOR (Suite 221). FROM SOUTH ORLANDO ON INTERSTATE 4 Take I-4 "East" underneath the East-West Expressway. You are now approximately 1.4 miles from the Amelia Street Exit. Exit on Amelia Street. When you reach the bottom of the exit ramp, TURN RIGHT ONTO AMELIA STREET. Continue on Amelia Street across the railroad tracks. The first stop light past the railroad tracks is Orange Avenue. The next stop light is MAGNOLIA AVENUE. TURN LEFT on MAGNOLIA AVENUE. The second stop light that you come to will be Colonial Drive (also known as State Road 50). At the Colonial Drive intersection, you are two blocks from our office. The first street on your right is Zelma. You are now one block south of our office. The first through street (or second right hand turn) is PARK LAKE STREET. TURN RIGHT on PARK LAKE STREET. Our office (a gray, four story office building) is now on your left.
