HOW TO CONTACT EXPERIAN TO REQUEST A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT For information about ordering reports from Experian (formerly known as "TRW"), you should call their central Florida affiliate, Credit Data Services, at (800) 749-7576 or (407) 246-7615.  TO REQUEST THAT EXPERIAN INVESTIGATE INCORRECT INFORMATION If Experian is reporting false credit information, you should also send a request directly to: Experian, National Assistance Center P.O. Box 2104 Allen TX 75013-2104.  Experian requires that all requests include the following: (1) full name (i.e., including your middle initial and designations such as "JR" or "SR.") (2) date of birth; (3) social security number; (4) spouse's first name; (5) current address (6) addresses for the last five years (with apartment numbers and zip codes); and (7) your signature.  If you are seeking a free report because a lender denied you credit,  Experian requires you to attach a copy of the letter notifying you that the lender denied your credit. Please remember that it is extremely important that you send all disputes in writing!  Use certified mail, return receipt requested.
