Our Clermont office is located at 121-A Division Street. From the intersection of U.S. Highway 27 and Citrus Tower Boulevard, go west (towards Clermont rather than towards Orlando or the Citrus Tower) on Citrus Tower Boulevard for approximately 400 feet. When you reach the first intersection, North Bloxam Road, turn right (i.e., north) on North Bloxam Road. Bloxam goes down a hill past a long row of single story townhomes on your right and single family homes on your left. Please stay on North Bloxam Road until it dead ends in approximately one tenth of a mile. (Please do not turn off of North Bloxam road until you reach the dead end.) (If you turn off of Bloxam Road before it dead ends, you will encounter substantial, unnecessary difficulties in finding our office!) When North Bloxam Road reaches the dead end, you are at the intersection with Division Street. Turn right (i.e., east) on Division Street (heading towards U.S. 27 rather than heading towards the lake). Division Street will quickly reach a dead end. Just before the dead end, there is a concrete driveway on the left. Make the 45 degree turn onto this driveway. If you could see through the nearest wall of this building, you'd be looking into our office. Our parking is in front of the building. You will see a sign for another attorney (Law Offices of Brent Miller, P.A.), and a smaller sign for attorney Charles Leo and JASKO court reporters. When you see these signs, you know that you are at the right place. For reference, our office is in the northern most of the multi-office buildings along the west side of U.S. 27 when traveling southbound from Minneola to Clermont. Our office is the only building that is north of the "Welcome to Clermont" sign and Division Street. There is no access road directly from U.S. 27 to any of these office buildings. We want for you to be able to reach our office easily and on time. Please print-out and follow these directions even if you are familiar with Clermont and Minneola. Residents of South Lake County inform us that there are a couple of Division Streets in Clermont and Minneola. If you use "mapquest", you should know that "mapquest" shows our office as being near the lake rather than facing U.S. 27! So, please don't use "mapquest". We assure you, these directions are accurate and are the easiest, most reliable way to reach our Clermont - Minneola office.
